Hutchinson, Senior Partner From his humble beginnings in Bessemer, Alabama came Chet’s relocation to attend college in California and later to achieve a career in the Beverage Alcohol Industry, which was then considered an impossible dream. He briefly attended Miles College in Fairfield, Alabama, studied a year at Loyola University in Rome, Italy and subsequently graduated from Santa Clara University with his under graduate degree. From there he earned his Master’s degree while working full time at Seagram Chateau & Estates Wine Company. With over 35 years of experience in Human Resources and Real Estates in Northern California, Chet Hutchinson brings the wisdom and understanding required to place the ideal prospect (s) into your organization. Sidney Wilkins, Ph.D., Senior Partner Sid Wilkins is currently the acting Director of Human Resource at a high tech start-up and responsible for recruiting, creating HR policies as well as the administrative functions. In addition, Sid is involved with executive coaching at a large, high-tech organization, and on retainer with a large university hospital and children's hospital. His responsibilities include handling various hr special projects such as managing it's temporary agency recruiting program with a $3 million annual budget. Past responsibilities include executive search, executive performance coaching, team assessment and team coaching, high-risk terminations and special projects. Industries have been in high-tech, finance, pharmaceuticals, wine/beverages, medical devices and non-profits.

Larry Childress, Jr., Senior Partner Larry is a seasoned Human Resource professional, who offers more than thirty (30) years of Human Resource experience. His demonstrated successful work history includes working for International Business Machines (IBM) for more than twenty (20) years; Guidant Medical Devices for more than ten (10) years; and most recently for Icon Estates Winery, a division of Constellations Wines for three (years). Larry is a highly regarded and highly sought after Human Resource expert who is offers a diversity of Human Resource expertise, including Staffing, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Management and Leadership Development. He excels at partnering with the client to get at the issue and at working out a plan to deliver the solution that will address the issue at hand. Larry’s experience with High Tech, Medical Devices and Winery Operations, and his ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization, equips him with the ability to offer his client solutions from his diverse background that are diverse and customized to the client’s need. While Larry offers a very diverse Human Resource background, his passion is training and he specializes in management and leadership development. He has a non-threatening and interactive approach to training, and applies a “hands on” engagement style to training strategy. His philosophy is that trainees learn by discovery.
